Wilmotte & Associés is an international architecture, town planning and design firm founded by Jean-Michel Wilmotte in 1975. The firm has offices in France, the UK, Italy, South Korea and Senegal and works as a unique, culturally diverse structure. Our projects result from a collaboration between individuals striving to invent new technologies and to find new forms of expression. We are endlessly curious and promote an atmosphere of continuous learning. We are committed to providing our clients with innovative solutions with a high level of detail in order to meet the issues for the architecture and cities of tomorrow.
There where we are least expected
Jean-Michel Wilmotte and his team are currently working on around 100 projects in 30 countries, from the most unlikely to the most straightforward, from the smallest to the most impressive, from the most spectacular to the most humble, but with the same enthusiasm from the first sketch to completion.
Changes in scale and programmes help us to be reactive, to challenge and reinvent ourselves each time by means of an innovative and sustainable approach and always with special attention to materials and details, while respecting the site’s local and historic context.
We are explorers of function and aesthetics, endlessly curious, and with no fear of trying out new things or expanding our forces, while taking advantage of the strengths of our multidisciplinary thinking. We never rest on our laurels but always seek to set the bar higher and to achieve excellence.
The Wilmotte & Associés architecture firm and the Wilmotte & Industries design studio include 270 members of staff of 31 nationalities. Our teams are driven by a thirst for excellence and work with a single vision: the commitment to high quality and attention to detail.
We are aware of the richness of our talents and look out for the possibilities of career development in the firm. We encourage our architects and designers to work on different types of projects from the design stage to completion. In our firm, young architects and committed designers work alongside senior members of staff, combining knowledge and new inspiration.
