Gathering of Servier group's research and innovation activities, currently split on the Suresnes, Croissy, Gidy and Orléans sites, within a same institute on the Saclay plateau.
The Servier Paris-Saclay research institute is a project that is both industrial and tertiary. It consists :
-of a pharmaceutical research center dedicated to research.
-establishments open to the public: welcoming hall, lobby, cafeteria and auditorium.
-tertiary spaces: company restaurant, kitchen, social premises, infirmary, offices.
-research zones: research laboratories and logistics areas.
-of an incubator: start-up hotel with 80 computers.
-a parking of 540 spaces.
The landscape is a very important point of the project. The central garden, true green lung of the project, extends the different spaces by proposing outdoor places of relaxation and meeting through terraces and a pond.
