Area: 35,000 m² (offices), 4,700 m² (hotel)
Construction of offices and hotel.
The overall project is part of a sustainable development with a goal of HQE, BREEAM 'very good', and LEED gold.
Located in place of the Pullman at Porte de Sèvres, this real estate program developed by Bouygues Immobilier has a strategic location in the heart of an area which is changing, close to the new site of the Ministry of Defense. It includes a 149-room hotel (5,000m), 34,000m ² of office space that will house the headquarters of the retail space insurer SMABTP and 2,900m ² of retail.
The front of the office complex, in glass, is made to break with the smooth and reflective of the surrounding office buildings.
The treatment of the three facades of the hotel give this building a monolithic and sculptural character, providing a unique identity to the entire site.
